Last updated: 6 October 2026.
These terms apply to the public N&B Automation website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, availability or operation.
Information on this website
Website content is general information about our capabilities and approach. It is not a binding proposal, promise of results, professional advice or substitute for an agreed statement of work. Specific project scope, pricing, responsibilities, service levels, data-processing terms and acceptance criteria must be agreed separately in writing.
ROI calculator and performance examples
Any calculator, benchmark or scenario on this website is illustrative. Outputs depend on the information entered and are not forecasts or guarantees. Actual commercial results depend on factors including lead quality, sales process, adoption, pricing, costs, integration quality and market conditions.
Third-party platforms
Names such as Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, WhatsApp and other platforms are used only to describe technologies that may be integrated where appropriate. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation unless we state that explicitly.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, N&B Automation brand assets, written content, diagrams and original visual elements are owned by or licensed to N&B Automation. You may view the site for normal business evaluation but may not reproduce or republish substantial parts without permission.
Availability and external links
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every external link will remain current. External websites are controlled by their respective operators.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business decisions made solely on the basis of general website content, calculator outputs or third-party material linked from this site.
